Boys Division Formats

2033/34 Division

8 v 8 (2 attack, 3 midfield, 2 defense, 1 goalie)
Modified Field (Approx 70 yards x 40 yards)
No checking allowed
Penalties will result in time served and team will be man down.
Modified Long Poles Allowed - Max Length 54 inches
Regulation Size Goal (6’x6’)
No counts enforced
Faceoffs will occur after every goal. If a team is up by 7 or more, the losing team has the option to take the ball at midfield

2032 and Older Divisions

10 v 10 including a goalie
Advancing the Ball - Upon position in the defensive half of the field, a team shall advance the ball into the goal area within 30 seconds or turnover results.
Over and Back Enforced

Girls Division Formats

2031/32 division

11 v 11 + goalie
Modified checking (below the shoulder)
Man down is enforced
Stick: Regulation stick

2030 and older Divisions

11 v 11 + goalie
Full checking
