Boys Division Formats
2035/36 Division
- 7 v 7 (2 attack, 2 midfield, 2 defense, 1 goalie)
- Modified Field (Approx 70 yards x 40 yards)
- No checking allowed
- Penalties will result in a substitution
- No long poles will be allowed
- Regulation Size Goal (6’x6’)
- No counts enforced
- Faceoffs will occur after every goal. If a team is up by 7 or more, the losing team has the option to take the ball at midfield
2033/34 Division
- 8 v 8 (2 attack, 3 midfield, 2 defense, 1 goalie)
- Modified Field (Approx 70 yards x 40 yards)
- No checking allowed
- Penalties will result in time served and team will be man down.
- Modified Long Poles Allowed - Max Length 54 inches
- Regulation Size Goal (6’x6’)
- No counts enforced
- Faceoffs will occur after every goal. If a team is up by 7 or more, the losing team has the option to take the ball at midfield
2032 and Older Divisions
- 10 v 10 including a goalie
- Advancing the Ball - Upon position in the defensive half of the field, a team shall advance the ball into the goal area within 30 seconds or turnover results.
- Over and Back Enforced
Girls Division Formats
2033/34 Division
- 8v8 - MUST USE LIVE GOALIE
- One completed pass rule - team must have one completed pass before a player can score
- Half or modified field
- No checking
- Stick: Modified pocket allowed
- Athletes must shoot overhand
- Man down is not enforced and a substitute is allowed
- There will be a draw to start the game only, free clears after each goal following.
- If a team is up by 7 or more, the losing team has the option to take the ball at midfield
2031/32 division
- 11 v 11 + goalie
- Modified checking (below the shoulder)
- Man down is enforced
- Stick: Regulation stick
2030 and older Divisions
- 11 v 11 + goalie
- Full checking
- Man down is enforced.
